Organizations bring me in when something important needs to keep moving. I provide short-term leadership and project support during transitions, staffing gaps, and periods of operational strain. This usually occurs when a key role is vacant, priorities are drifting, or too much work is resting with too few people. I step into defined areas of responsibility and carry the work forward, whether that involves executive coverage, project stabilization, coordination, governance support, or operational oversight, all while focusing on capacity building within the team.

My focus is straightforward: maintain traction, create order, and ensure that work has clear ownership. I work inside existing teams and systems, utilizing what is already in place rather than introducing unnecessary change. The goal is to stabilize what needs to hold, move what needs to move, and leave things in better shape than I found them, enhancing both project leadership and technical communication.

My background spans foundations, national charities, and professional services. I’ve worked across executive leadership, governance, knowledge systems, and multi-disciplinary teams, often in environments where the work is complex and the margin for drift is small.

I live and work in Northwestern Ontario so I can be close to family. From here, I take on remote and hybrid assignments across Canada, and travel as needed.
